Are you our Software Support specialist?


Want to work as an Integral Member of a Creative and Dynamic Start-up as our Software Support specialist?

As a Software Support Specialist at DynamicDocuments, you work with providing support and service to all our customers i.e. Suppliers/vendors, Distributors and Re-sellers. You will help our customers with solutions that are in operation, receive cases related to their business and solve and relay these in a professional manner. Sometimes the solution can be a training session with the end users. You will be an important person in our organization; you will become DynamicDocuments expert in the customer environments for which you are responsible. You will also be able to participate in new projects in your area with a focus on the customers you are responsible for.

You are expected to work closely with the development team, based in Germany, on incoming cases as well as with our sales team, based in Stockholm. You will be expected to hold training sessions with new customers and be able to demo the product.

Furthermore, you will be expected to do:

Configuration of customer installations,

Deployment of customer installation in cloud environment, 

Manage technical customer contact (Jira, phone, e-mail) such as: 

  • Respond to operational user issues

  • Fix configuration errors and configuration updates

  • Interface with development organizations for handling error reports (bugs)

Operation and maintenance

  • Monitor that the installations work

    • Check logs

    • Check that all installations are up and running

  • Fix problems detected in connection with monitoring

This is what you’ve done

  • 5+ years of IT experience

  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience

  • Software problem management and resolution experience

  • Cloud as application environment (spec. ProfitBricks and Azure), system administration part in cloud environment

  • Docker

  • Docker orchestration (kubernetes, rancher)

  • Proficiency in Swedish and English, German knowledge is a plus

  • Pleasant phone manner and superior interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Flexible and adaptable personality

  • Passion for total customer satisfaction and the enjoyment of working with end users
